Hi my name is Lia Fortier, I am a Wife, Mom, Best Selling, Award Winning Author and Entrepreneur and advocate for our youth and a voice for the voiceless. I wrote and self-published my first two books in 2019. I founded Treasure Books by Lia 2020. I selfed published eleven  books which four  are Best Sellers,  and Award Winners. I currently read my children’s books in libraries, classrooms and virtually all over. I also had the pleasure of dressing as one of the characters of my books, Meet Blue on a tv show that aired nationwide on CBS, Let’s Make a Deal. I’ve since then created an animated short story from the book Meet Blue that has been shortlisted and placed finalist in two categories in the 2021 Film Festival. I’ve written and directed another short film, Give Her, Her Pearls, that placed Finalist in the 2021 International Film Festival.

I founded a non-profit organization in 2019 Lia Fortier’s Little Treasures Inc. NPO which I cultivated to promote childhood literacy and diversity and inclusion, mental and physical health, and self-worth and self-awareness. I also co-founded 805 Hurricanes which is a travel flag football team which will compete at the 2022 Super Bowl in LA.

I strive to be type of person that encourages others to live a life where they aren’t judged by their appearance but by the fruit that they bear. I envision establishing a faith-based, STem Academy and performing arts, sports complex large enough not to turn a child away. I am always in search of  partnering with like-minded individuals and or businesses who are enthusiastic about our youth and devoted to equipping them with a solid healthy, biblical foundation to strive in.
